The 50/50 Movement

Recently, there has been an increase in fights and conflict in surfing.

50/50 is a movement to bring positivity and good vibes back to the surf community, because the ocean should unite, not separate surfers.

STAGE 1

Surf Video

CALL SOMEONE INTO A WAVE: Signalling or indicating to someone to take a coming wave since they are in a better position to catch it.

LINEUP: The region of the water directly behind the breaking zone where surfers 'line up' to catch waves.

PRIORITY: The right of way. One of the most important rules in surf that states who has preference to catch the next wave.
